Replacement Chain and Trolleys that Exceed the Industry Standard

Enclosed Track Conveyor sells replacement chain and trolleys for Junior/2″ conveyors. Our Trolley has 10 balls vs. the industry standard 8. The larger raceways combined with double hardening provide for exceptionally long wear properties and lower rolling friction to reduce chain pull.   Additionally, our Trolleys offer more than twice the access area for ease of lubrication further extending bearing life.  And, should a bearing fail, you can simply unbolt the bearing and replace it instead of the whole trolley, saving you time and money.   Our Trolley meets or exceeds all industry standards for wear, plus, has improved dimensional clearance allowing it to work in new and older systems alike.
